Strava has shipped more for non-running sports in the last 18 months than in the previous five years. Here is the practical recap.
New supported activity types

Strength training push
Full workout logging, muscle maps, hundreds of millions of strength uploads. Strength is now a first-class Strava activity.
What did not change
The feed is still optimised for distance, pace and elevation. Sport-specific fields (score, depth, division) still do not appear in the cover unless you add them yourself.
How UPPOST fits
UPPOST adds the missing visual layer for the sports Strava now supports but does not yet display in the feed.
